Welcome to the Team Leader’s Section!

This section is hosted by STL Garcia of US C-SOG’s SDU.  This section has been developed as a response to the thousands of email requests from team leaders around the world. The purpose of this section is to assist CERT Team command staff leadership in developing key core skills sets in leadership.  

This section will feature Videos, Blogs, Tips, Articles and CERT PODCasts.  This section will be overseen by a group of the industry’s leading commanders.  

Read these commander’s articles and hear them on PODCast as they discuss their successful methods for developing their teams into world class units.

This section has been restricted to CERT Command leadership for no other reason than to allow a venue for team leadership to have a platform away from the rest of the operations.  This restricted forum will give command leadership the opportunity to develop the skills and tools that they need to successfully operate their units.

In order to ensure that this section stays secured, we are asking all of our leaders to update their status by completing the CERT Application and type in the comment section “Leadership Access.”  All team leaders that cannot be verified will be requested to fax a letter from their administration on agency letter head confirming their identification and their current leadership assignment.

This online forum is exclusive to CERTOps and its network.  All information contained in this section is confidential and intended for Corrections Special Operations Leaders exclusively.  We ask that you keep your access pass code confidential and secure.
